S1E6 - The Shenandoah National Park Murders
Updated: May 11, 2022
In 1996, two young women and their dog set out on a hiking trip in the beautiful
Shenandoah National Park in Virginia. But as they did not return home at the agreed
time, a worried family member contacted the Park Rangers, who soon discovered
the couple's bodies at a tranquil campsite. Straight away, it was clear the two had not
died due to a freak accident or wild animal attack but in the hands of another
human being.
Since then, several suspects have emerged over the years, but to this day, nobody
has been convicted of the murders of Julie Williams and Lollie Winans.
